The property is sold on a particular date and time and is marketed accordingly thus creating a buzz and competition on the day among the multiple buyers who attend.

Live On –Site and On- Line Auctions: these are extremely attractive processes for properties where some buyers who have inspected the property are interested in purchasing the asset but are unable to attend the auction site on the day of the event.

Multi Parcel Auctions:  suitable for selling commercial land, apartments and other multi offering auction events.

Bidders Choice Auctions: this is an alternative to the Multi – Parcel auction process and either can be used depending on the preference. We can facilitate either auction method with the aim of generating the highest market value price for your property.

Absolute Auctions: this is one of the most effective methods to generate the most interest in your property and thus the best way to achieve the highest price.

Disclosed Minimum Bid Auctions: this is where the buyers are given the opportunity in advance to know what the minimum bid amount will be.

Reserve Auctions: gives the seller the right to accept or reject the high bid, unless the high bid is equal to or greater than the undisclosed reserve price agreed upon in advance by the seller and the auctioneer. In order for this process to be effective the seller must be highly motivated to sell and the buyer needs to believe that the seller is highly motivated to sell.
